Monarch Wallet is a non-custodial wallet application. We do not hold, control, access, or manage your digital assets or private keys.

You are solely responsible for wallet security, transaction verification, backup and recovery phrase storage, and compliance with applicable laws.

You agree not to misuse Monarch Wallet, interfere with the platform's operation, or violate any laws, regulations, sanctions, or third-party rights while using the platform.
